A non-refundable deposit is required to begin any development project. Once coding and design work has commenced, refunds are generally not provided for the completed phases of work. If a project is cancelled mid-development, the client will only be billed for the work completed up to that point.

2. Web Hosting Services

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all shared and enterprise hosting plans. If you are unsatisfied with our server performance within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund (excluding any domain registration fees).

3. Domain Names

Domain name registrations are processed immediately and are strictly non-refundable once registered.
